Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

All returns must be processed within 7 days. You are responsible for return shipping. Make sure all returns are post-marked within 7 days of purchase or they will not be accepted.

1. There are no cash refunds, only store credit.
2. Returns must not be washed or worn.
3. All holiday and sale item purchases are FINAL unless damaged
4. Do not ship back ANY ITEM without the following information included in the package:
1. Order Number
2. Full Name
3. Phone Number
4. Email Address
5. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
6. If items arrive damaged, you must send us the following information:
1. Photo of damaged box (if it's damaged)
2. Photo of damaged item
3. Order number
4. Full Name on Order
5. Email Address

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped as follows:

• Retail Orders: 2-7 business days
• Wholesale Orders: 2-9 business days

In order to expedite the shipping process, we pre-print labels for every order. You will receive a shipping update once the label has been printed but this does not mean that the order has left our warehouse. Tracking information will be updated once the package is scanned by UPS or USPS. If you have not received an update within 7-10 business days please reach out and let us know.

Please note that once a package leaves our hands it is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to shipping carriers.

Shipping times with UPS and USPS are longer than usual at this time. We do everything possible to get orders processed and out the door as quickly as possible to cut down on extended transit times.
